Captions and chapters
Open VidCellar → Captions & Chapters and pick a video. The same tools are linked from the video row.
Subtitles
Upload a WebVTT file for each language. Mark one track as the default. A track can be subtitles or SDH captions. The visitor picks a language from the settings menu. The searchable transcript follows that language: it highlights the current line, stays in view, and a click jumps to that moment, including before playback starts. Search ignores accents.
Alternate audio
Add an audio file per language and name the original soundtrack. Saving an audio language moves the file out of the Media Library into private storage, so there is no public attachment URL. Viewers receive expiring signed links. With Pro, only a viewer who can watch the video can stream those tracks. Removing a language, or deleting the video, deletes the file.
Chapters
Chapters can come from a WebVTT file, a timestamp list, or timestamps written in the video description. Markers sit on the timeline. Hover shows the chapter title, and a chapter menu jumps to a section.
