WooCommerce is free, until your store needs more than the basics. Gift cards, subscriptions, reward points, affiliates, event tickets, shipment tracking, quantity discounts and product add-ons are all separate paid extensions. For one store, those licenses add up to more than $1,100 every year.
Sidcraft Commerce takes a different approach. It's a free WordPress e-commerce plugin for Sidcraft Page Builder, with all of those features built in. Add the free Sidcraft Restaurant add-on and the same store becomes a complete restaurant menu, online ordering and delivery system.

What WooCommerce extensions cost, and what's free in Sidcraft Commerce

| Subscriptions | WooCommerce Subscriptions | $279 | Free, built in |
| Reward points | WooCommerce Points and Rewards | $179 | Free, built in |
| Event tickets | WooCommerce Box Office | $129 | Free, built in |
| Quantity discounts and customer-group prices | Dynamic Pricing | $129 | Free, built in |
| Affiliates | Affiliate for WooCommerce | $99 | Free, built in |
| Advanced coupons (start dates, members-only) | Smart Coupons | $99 | Free, built in |

Prices are the 1-site, 1-year plans on WooCommerce.com in November 2026. Some extensions overlap (Smart Coupons also offers gift cards), so your own total depends on what you need. Many stores also renew these licenses every year to keep updates and support.
Sidcraft Commerce: a complete store in one free plugin
Sidcraft Commerce turns Sidcraft Page Builder into a full online store, with no WooCommerce or other e-commerce plugin needed. Products, orders, coupons, gift cards, event tickets and carts are stored in your own WordPress database.

Design your shop visually
Add New Product opens Sidcraft Page Builder, so every product page is designed like any other page, with a Product data panel for price, sale price, SKU, stock, badge, categories and images. Drop in Commerce units (Product Grid, Add to Cart, Product Price, Stock Status, Product Rating, Product Reviews, Mini Cart, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation) plus a quick-view popup. Every unit also works as a shortcode.
Catalogue and pricing
- Variants: each combination (for example red in size L) can have its own SKU, price, sale price, stock and image, up to 200 per product
- Item options: sizes, extras, spice levels or special instructions, each optionally adding to the price ("Large +4", "Extra cheese +1.50")
- Sale prices, scheduled specials, quantity discounts and customer-group (wholesale) prices
- Image badges (HOT, POPULAR, Sale, Clearance) and an automatic Sold Out label
- Brands, tags, category images, upsells and cross-sells, and external "Buy at…" products
- Verified-customer reviews with a "Verified purchase" badge and rating breakdown
Marketing and loyalty, included
- Coupons: percentage or fixed amount, free shipping, product and category limits, exclusions, minimum and maximum spend, start and expiry dates, members-only or email-restricted, total and per-customer limits
- Gift cards: sell them with preset or custom amounts, a recipient, a message and an optional send date, or issue them by hand. Customers can redeem several cards, and unused balance stays on the card.
- Reward points earned on orders and spent at checkout
- Affiliates with referral links and commissions
- Subscriptions: bill daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with free trials and sign-up fees. With Stripe in Sidcraft Pro the saved card is charged automatically; otherwise customers get a pay link.
You can turn off any module you don't use (Events, Subscriptions, Gift cards, Coupons, Reward points or Affiliates) under Store → Settings → Modules. Nothing is deleted.
Digital downloads
Sell e-books, music, software, courses or printables. Each buyer gets private per-file links, with optional download limits and expiry. Files are stored in a protected folder with random names, and you can revoke, restore or resend access from the order screen.
Event tickets with QR check-in
This would cost $129 a year on WooCommerce. In Sidcraft Commerce it's built in:
- Events with date, venue and map, online details (Zoom, Google Meet or any link), organiser and WhatsApp links
- Any number of ticket types, event capacity and per-ticket limits, sales windows, and prices by attendee type (Adult, Child, Student, VIP…)
- Dynamic pricing: early-bird and late prices, demand prices ("after 75% sold") and group rates
- Attendee details at checkout, with custom fields
- Automatic delivery: QR codes and barcodes, PDF tickets, a calendar file, reminder emails and optional WhatsApp messages
- Check-in by scanning the QR code with any phone camera, the Check-in screen or a USB scanner
- Google Calendar and .ics links, a subscription feed, and Zoom meetings created automatically
Checkout, payments and orders
- PayPal built in, with Pay in 4 and Venmo
- With Sidcraft Builder Pro: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay / Clearpay, Affirm), Razorpay and PayU for India (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and Mercado Pago for Latin America (cards, Pix, boleto, OXXO). Customers pay on the provider's secure page, so card numbers never touch your site.
- Shipping zones, rates by weight or per item, tax by country and state, and tax classes
- Stock reserved when the order is placed, so two buyers can't both take the last item
- Full and partial refunds, with stock, points and commission following automatically
- Shipment tracking links for over 15 carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post and Australia Post, plus a "Your order has shipped" email
- Guest checkout, with guest orders attached to the account when the customer logs in later

Built to grow
- Several currencies: shoppers pick one or get theirs automatically, and are charged in it. You can set a price per currency.
- Translated stores with WPML or Polylang, with every language sharing one stock
- Several stores on WordPress Multisite, with a network dashboard and product copying between stores
- Fast pages: assets load only where a Commerce unit is used, and Cart and Checkout are marked no-cache automatically
Moving from WooCommerce is free
The free WooCommerce Import add-on copies your settings, tax rates, shipping zones, categories, brands and tags, products (each variation becomes a combination with its own SKU, price, stock and image), upsells and cross-sells, coupons, reviews and orders into Sidcraft Commerce on the same site. WooCommerce's data is only read, and product links keep their /product/ addresses. Coming from OpenCart? There's an importer for that too.
Sidcraft Restaurant: menus, online ordering and delivery, free

Restaurants often juggle a menu plugin, an ordering system and a delivery service. Sidcraft Restaurant is a free add-on for Sidcraft Commerce that does all three on your own website.
Menus you can change any time
- Unlimited menus (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Wine, Drinks, Kids…), sections (Appetizers, Mains, Desserts, Gluten Free, Weekly Specials…) and items, organised by drag and drop
- Several prices per item: Small / Large, Glass / Bottle, Cup / Bowl
- Six responsive styles: Classic, Photo grid, Photo list, Compact, Luxe for wine lists and fine dining, and Ordering with add-to-cart
- Search, category and dietary filters, plus sorting by name or price
- Dietary icons: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, kosher, spicy, organic, locally sourced and more, with a dietary key
- Badges: New, Special, Chef's pick, Popular, Seasonal and Sale
- Timed promotions: a percentage or amount off between dates, on chosen weekdays and times, for happy hour, lunch deals or weekend specials. The menu shows the old and new prices automatically.

Online ordering and delivery
Tick "Customers can order this online" on any dish. It's added to the cart from the Ordering style or its own page, and several prices become a size choice. From there, Sidcraft Commerce handles everything: checkout, payment, emails and order statuses. Promotions apply to online orders too.
For delivery, offer DoorDash or Uber (Uber Eats or Postmates) at checkout and have couriers booked automatically through DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct when an order is paid. You can also send delivery orders to your own order hub with a webhook, and receive courier status updates back on your site.
Contactless menus and search engines
- QR codes for any menu, downloadable as PNG or SVG, or printed as table cards
- schema.org Menu structured data added automatically, so search engines recognise your menu
- Item pages with custom fields (calories, allergens, wine pairing), suppliers with a map, reviews and related items
- Add menus with Sidcraft Page Builder units, Gutenberg blocks, block patterns, shortcodes or a widget
